Currently interested in setting up an online presence or patreon for map creation but I am just not there yet, instead I hope to cut my teeth on something more simple. AP's from paizo's line of work and premade campaigns all set up are pretty much non existant. Many dms reinvent the wheel here, and roll20 has been known to offer paid content on a similar manner for users there. Since roll20 deserves the fire and pitch fork treatment though, I figured i'd turn my attention to the other forgotten players in the VTT community. Maptools and foundry VTT. I have absolutely no experiance with FVTT but it seems to work like roll20 but not made in terrible javascript. My current goals are to go through the AP's where visual maps are not taken care of, using the base information on the campaign as a template, and create an updated and higher resolution work.

This work will be freely available as Liberapay demands, but unfortunately, that doesnt mean I can just hand it out to anyone. Anyone who owns a copy of the particular AP's can simply mail me and request a copy. The files are unencrypted so if you like the work but don't like paizo, I am sure they will make their way around eventually for everyones use. I am a huge proponent of preservation and updating over corporate sponsered greed and unconstitutional copywrighting. Never the less as I'm taking donations in the hopes to be compensated for my time I want to stay a step behind a legal nomans land for now. If I see people destribute full map content (Npcs, potentially with the art from the books) in locations where paizo would be likely to notice, I'll reconsider this policy. I might do a cursory search myself. I am not quite ready for prime time here anyway. I work a full time job and even this user page will need to be restructered into something not resembling a wall of autism and spaghetti.

Features to look forward too Enough resolution that zooming into the map itself doesn't give you a blurry mess like the OG maps Nerps!+ Pathfinder framework added from the get go! Rebalanced encounters as optional fights Vision and fog of war configuration. Token and npc art preincluded with notes for dms Additional art from pinterest to flesh out the world and provide a more extensive and interesting feeling for each towns important locations.

These maps will be fully featured but they wont be of professional artist quality. I cant draw them from scratch even if some ability in that might make things easier than using tiles. the base tiles available through me via nerps and mt will be what I have on hand, but instead of money you are welcome to donate assets you feel would enhance the quality of this project.
